Jetech Tools is a professional tool manufacturer with a formidable catalog of industrial-grade tools. Already established in Asia and other markets, Jetech boasts a network spanning over 70 countries and offers a comprehensive range of more than 3,700 tool products across 18 categories. In 2016, Jetech partnered with us to expand into North American and European markets, leveraging our end-to-end growth model. Over the past 6+ years, we’ve cultivated a deeply integrated partnership – one that goes beyond distribution and enters the realm of co-development and strategic market positioning.

Involvement

The Brief

Our journey with Jetech began with understanding the needs of Western professional users and the competitive landscape. We collaborated with Jetech’s product development team to co-develop over 300 new products and tools tailored for North America and Europe. This co-creation process ensured that Jetech’s offerings met local standards, preferences, and worksite requirements. (Notably, Jetech is committed to quality and innovation – holding 21 patents and exceeding international DIN quality standards by 30% in their manufacturing – and our market insights helped channel this excellence into products that filled gaps in the market.)

Our Approach

On the sales front, we focused on expanding Jetech’s sales channels across NA and EU. We established Jetech’s presence on major e-commerce platforms (for instance, setting up official stores on Amazon and other tool distribution networks) and forged relationships with regional distributors and retailers. Parallel to this, we developed Jetech’s direct online sales infrastructure for these regions, ensuring that both B2B clients and end-consumers could easily access the tools. Through our cross-border logistics expertise, we set up efficient supply chains, warehousing in strategic locations, and reliable fulfillment processes to guarantee quick delivery and support.

 

Crucially, we guided Jetech in brand building and positioning as a newcomer in the Western markets. We crafted a brand narrative that emphasized Jetech’s precision engineering and durability – attributes backed by their stringent quality standards. Our marketing team ran localized campaigns, from digital marketing targeting professionals and DIY enthusiasts, to attending industry trade shows where we showcased Jetech tools’ performance advantages. We also advised on pricing strategies, finding the sweet spot that made Jetech competitive against established brands while highlighting the value and quality they offer. Over time, this comprehensive approach built credibility for Jetech in markets that traditionally rely on trust and proven performance for tool brands.

The Results

Over six years of collaboration, Vortyx One partnered with Jetech to co-develop more than 300 new tools tailored to North American and European users. We expanded their presence across Amazon, B2B distribution networks, and dedicated e-commerce platforms, while guiding pricing and brand positioning to compete effectively with established players. Our combined efforts resulted in stronger sales channels, improved brand recognition, and a sustainable long-term market presence. By integrating product development, sales expansion, and localized marketing, we helped Jetech transition from a regional manufacturer to a competitive global tool brand.
