Case overview

Edifier is a global audio brand known for its high-quality speakers and headphones, with a presence in over 70 countries and a broad product lineup. When Edifier sought to strengthen its foothold in Western markets, we partnered with them to deliver a unified, localized experience for customers in North America, Europe, and Australia. This involved launching and managing dedicated e-commerce websites for the US, Canada, European, and Australia regions, each tailored to local preferences, currencies, and languages. By building these regional online stores, we ensured Edifier’s diverse product range was accessible to local consumers with a consistent brand experience across all sites.

The Brief

We worked closely with Edifier on developing and launching 20+ products in these markets. Our role spanned end-to-end sales and distribution – from setting up multi-channel sales networks (direct online stores and marketplaces) to handling logistics and fulfillment. For each new product, we crafted localized marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies, aligning with Edifier’s global brand while resonating with local audiences. We also provided comprehensive after-sales support, including customer service and warranty handling, to build trust and loyalty among customers.

Our Approach

Our collaboration with Edifier extended to brand building and experiential marketing. For example, we spearheaded Edifier’s presence at CES (Consumer Electronics Show), one of the world’s biggest tech trade shows. We designed and built an immersive booth for Edifier at CES 2020, showcasing their top-selling products in creative themed environments. This not only attracted crowds and industry press but also reinforced Edifier’s image as an innovative leader (indeed, many Edifier products have won prestigious CES Innovation Awards). From conceptualizing the booth’s layout to managing on-site demonstrations, our team ensured that the Edifier story was told in a compelling way on the global stage.

The Results

Through a multi-year partnership, Vortyx One successfully launched and managed Edifier’s official e-commerce stores across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
